1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to orders, quotation requests, and enquiries submitted to MBAGA FOODLIFE LTD. A separate written quotation, invoice, supply agreement, or mandatory law takes priority where it states different terms.
2. Product information
We aim to keep names, images, ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, pack sizes, claims, availability, and prices accurate. Packaging and batches may change after an approved update. Always read the physical label before use, particularly where allergies or dietary needs are relevant. Images may be illustrative.
3. Orders and quotations
Submitting a cart, order, or quotation request is an offer or request for review, not automatic acceptance. We may confirm availability, minimum quantity, customer type, delivery location, taxes, price, and timing before accepting. A binding order arises only when we issue or expressly confirm the relevant commercial document.
4. Prices, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in the stated currency and with the tax treatment indicated at confirmation. Items without a public price require a quotation. Payment is made using the method and deadline stated on the invoice. Online card payment is not currently offered through this website.
5. Delivery, collection, and risk
Delivery or collection dates are estimates until confirmed. Responsibilities, costs, and transfer of risk depend on the confirmed order or quotation. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information and should inspect goods promptly on receipt.
6. Changes, cancellation, and returns
Contact us immediately if an order needs to change. Whether a change, cancellation, return, or refund is possible depends on the product, production stage, food-safety considerations, applicable law, and agreed commercial terms. Custom, opened, damaged-after-delivery, or perishable goods may require special handling.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not attack, scrape abusively, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, interfere with operations, or use the website unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect customers and systems.
8. Intellectual property
The website, MBAGA and FudLife branding, original copy, product presentation, and other protected materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where law allows.
9. Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss directly caused by a proven breach. These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any written dispute terms agreed for a transaction.
